At NAVDM, we bring calm to the chaos of running an online business.
Founded by Natasja van der Merwe in 2019, NAVDM is an Operations Studio supporting solopreneurs, coaches and small teams across the world.
Born from a love of order and multitasking, NAVDM reflects the skills Natasja honed during years in corporate support roles. After the birth of her first child, she decided to take her experience online. Building a business that allowed her to grow alongside her family while helping others do the same.
When the world shifted online, NAVDM seamlessly evolved into a trusted Virtual Assistant firm. Over time, Natasja naturally progressed into management and operational roles, guiding teams and small businesses to run more efficiently.
Today, together with a talented team of Virtual Assistants, Online Business Managers, Technical Assistants, Financial Administrators, Marketing Specialists, and Graphic Designers, NAVDM supports businesses holistically, adding value, structure, and flow to every project.

Studio Package
